Plan My Workout has no accounts and stores nothing about you. A request carries only the plan settings or exercise name you ask about, such as days, minutes, goal and equipment. We use them once to answer and don't keep them or link them to you.
Exercise details and pictures come from wger.de, a free open exercise database. When we look an exercise up, only the exercise is sent, never anything about you. Pictures load from wger.de.
Kit links go to Amazon. If you follow one, Amazon's own privacy policy applies there. The site runs on Cloudflare, which may keep standard technical logs under the Cloudflare privacy policy. No tracking, ads or profiles.
